Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner, Window Cleaner and Air Duct Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning methods. Window Cleaning good with heights, handling ladders, window cleaning equipment and air duct cleaning with some knowledge of an HVAC system.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damages, or areas needing special attention.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is in good working condition before and after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care, buffing and ladder work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning tasks in various environments.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any materials used during the cleaning process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods and Ladder work.
- Familiarity with floor care, window & air duct cleaning practices is beneficial, including buffing techniques, ladder climbing & knowledge of HVAC and maintenance procedures.
