Americo is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This position handles the quality review for Operations associates, including new and tenured team members. This position will also review general workflow and procedures for the department while making necessary updates and working with leadership to calibrate expectations. This role will also participate in the training of new hires.

- Updating Quality guidelines in cadence with release notes
- Assist with projects, testing, and the review of department procedures
- Communicate potential workflow issues to management and provide process improvement ideas
- Assist in the training and coaching of associates on new processes
- Perform quality review of associate work including other quality team members
- Efficient management of workload, goals, and objectives
- Exceptional attention to detail, striving to eliminate errors, and seek opportunities for process improvement
- Enjoys continuous learning, looking for opportunities to increase knowledge and self-development
