We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contractor to join our team. As a Contractor, you will be responsible for executing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Perform trim carpentry, including installation of moldings, baseboards, and other decorative elements.
- Execute cabinet installation with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings.
- Work with plaster to repair or restore surfaces as needed, maintaining aesthetic appeal.
- Engage in frame carpentry tasks, constructing frameworks for buildings or structures.
- Carry out concrete forming activities to create strong foundations for various projects.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is essential.
- Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus.
- Skills in stucco application or restoration are desirable but not mandatory.
- A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is required.
