Salary Range- $84,073-$105,091, actual salary will depend on experience.
Status: Full-Time
Remote Status: Onsite for initial training and then potential for Hybrid schedule after that.

The Position:
Consistent with the credit union mission of building connections and providing our members the right financial services to live life, dream big and achieve financial success, the Member Solutions Manager will:
- Lead the Credit Union’s Member Solutions (Collections) team by demonstrating hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making and expertise in lending, financial risk management and loss mitigation. A strong understanding of reporting and vendor oversight is needed to align the department with the Credit Union’s strategic goals and financial objectives.
- Achieve outcomes that are in the best interest of both the Credit Union and its members while also minimizing the credit union’s delinquency and charge offs.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of management to achieve an efficient and strategic operation in collections and member assistance, in compliance with all regulations and standards. Be empathetic and focused on providing the best experience to all members, regardless of their situation.
What you will do:
As a Member Solutions Manager your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Providing hands-on leadership and direction to the Member Solutions (collections) team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Lead the team in achieving key financial and delinquency management objectives that align with Credit Union initiatives.
- Develop data-driven performance metrics and reporting to enhance operational decisions and sustainable delinquency management, ensuring key performance indicators are met and/or exceeded.
- Collaborate with AVP, Credit Solutions on long-term department strategy and process improvements to drive productivity and improve member interactions.
- Identify and implements new and existing technology to drive digital transformation and adoption in collections for efficiency and enhanced outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, UDAAP, FCRA, federal and state laws and regulations.
- Monitor and refine reporting dashboards, ensuring actionable insights can be derived.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and enforce risk mitigation practices to align with regulations and industry best practices.
- Partner with Asset Recovery Manager and team in management of specialty cases such as repossessions, bankruptcies, foreclosures, legal and charge offs.
- Manage and collaborates with third-party vendors including collection agencies and third-party loan servicers to maximize efficiency and drive results.
- Collaborate with lending leadership to identify issues contributing to changes in delinquency and subsequent charge off.
- Perform employee performance evaluations and reviews for all direct reports, supporting the Member Solutions department through goal setting, positive feedback and coaching.
- Interact with both in-house and outside legal counsel relating to legal matters on loans and accounts.
- Monitor daily activity and performance of outsourced collections partners, as necessary.
