The Position :
AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Real Estate & Commercial Specialist I who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. The Real Estate & Commercial Specialist I will :
- Be responsible for assisting with the monitoring of delinquency and performance of the real estate portfolio. Reports and complies with all secondary market procedures regarding loss mitigation, collections, and foreclosures through the online secondary market system. This role involves sending out state-required notices, coordinating inspections and maintenance, and securing and maintaining properties as necessary.
