Brockway-Carpenter Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Operations Specialist to join our team! This part-time position (up to 10 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a team with transaction management, client communication, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage leads, CRM, and client interactions
Support agents with transaction coordination and paperwork
Respond to calls, emails, and client inquiries
Assist with marketing, social media, and office organization
Process commission statements and track deadlines
Help refine office systems for efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
Comfortable handling administrative and client-facing tasks
Experience working in real estate is a plus!
