This is not a remote position , there is expectation that you will be on site at least 3 days per week and as needed to coach and lead the Marketing Team.

Lead the Credit Unions overall marketing strategy, overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels to promote banking products and services, drive customer acquisition and retention, and maintain a strong brand image, while ensuring compliance with regulations and aligning with AmeriCU's strategic objectivesWhat you will do :

your primary responsibilities will include :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals across various functions like digital marketing, content marketing, social media, PR, and market research.Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new market opportunities.Set clear marketing goals and KPIs to measure success.Create and manage marketing budgets.Protect and enhance the company's brand image and reputationDevelop and execute branding initiatives to differentiate the company in the market.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channelsDevelop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
