ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a Key Account Administrator , you will be responsible for entering, checking, and verifying orders. This role is focused on our key house accounts as well our extensive network of carriers.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Pay : $18 - $20 / hr. Based on Experience

Schedule during Training : Monday-Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm

Hybrid Schedule after training completed, 3 days in office M, T, TH, 2 days remote W, F

What will you be doing?

  • Communicate and problem solve with dispatch staff and other departments.
  • Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff.
  • Complete and update all order system work assignments in an efficient and accurate method.
  • Making calls to drivers on hot units and provide updates to customers.
  • Talk with customers to confirm availability after orders are dispatched out.
  • Building reports in excel.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of Excel a plus
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate-level data entry skills
  • Willingness to learn and assume responsibility.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
