ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As a Title & Registration Specialist you will handle all incoming mail to the other departments. This is a Fulltime, in-office position.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm

Pay : $19 / hr.

  • WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A 3 / 25 / 2025 START DATE

What you will be doing :

  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completion.
  • Prep work to be scanned.
  • Research and resolve issues related to license and title invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

    • What are we looking for?

  • Data Entry Specialist
  • Proficient in proprietary software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment.
  • Zendesk experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
