Position Overview:
The Title/Registration Specialist is responsible for preparing, processing, and submitting documents related to vehicle titles and registrations. This role ensures all paperwork is accurate, meets state and legal requirements, and provides support to customers and internal teams throughout the process.
Responsibilities:

Print, review, and analyze inbound vehicle purchase title and registration documents for accuracy

Upload/ submit required paperwork to appropriate government agencies

Research and resolve vehicles without titles that have aged beyond 15 days, primarily for administrative issues and occasionally more complex problems

Print, review and analyze outbound vehicle sale contract paperwork for accuracy

Upload and submit required paperwork to appropriate government agencies

Work directly with customers to resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with customers via chat, phone, and CRM/email

Work directly with government personnel to resolve registration/title issues as needed

Follow up with personnel on any issues needing correction during purchase or sale

Meet performance standards for accuracy, timeliness, curates, and efficiency as established by the company
