About the Position
The Aircraft Records Clerk / Analyst reports to the Aircraft Records Manager via Aircraft Records Supervisor and is primarily responsible for sorting, transporting, scanning and purging AMF physical aircraft maintenance records as required by the Aircraft Records Standard Operating Procedure.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities as Aircraft Records Clerk are :
- Support the retention and safeguarding of all permanent and non-permanent physical aircraft maintenance records.
- Sorting, transporting and purging physical aircraft maintenance records.
- Scanning of historical aircraft maintenance records.
- Reorganization of physical records storage facilities.
