Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative Support Staff Supervisor, the Administrative Support Staff will be part of a team responsible for administrative support to various departments within PerformCare Pennsylvania. The Administrative Support Staff will help with batch printing and mailing, monitor fax queues.data entry and mailing sorting and delivery.
This hybrid schedule will require the Administrative Support Staff be onsite at our Harrisburg, PA office 3 days a week.
Education / Experience :
- High School / GED required.
- 1 to 3 years experience in Administrative Support role preferred.
- Experienced with Microsoft tools to include, MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Experienced managing multi-line telephone systems preferred.
- Previous customer service experience (retail, telephone, face- to-face, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a team setting preferred.
- Ability to adhere to a flexible / Hybrid work arrangement required.
