Key Accountabilities
- Logs attendance for all assigned internal training, updates any links required for virtual training, as well as room assignments for in-person training
- Manages the deployment of any training surveys, documents, or any additional materials that may be required
- Logs results of course evaluations/assessments within LMS to ensure associate feedback is documented correctly
- During virtual training, acts as “producer” by monitoring chats, executing breakout groups, and conducting polls
- May have tasks within a specific area to do production work
- Day-to-day management of organizing different materials for training, organizing attendance records, and survey links/results
- Key cross-functional interactions include members of the Talent Development Team (60%), as well as LMS Administrators as needed (40%)
- Typically partners with other training leaders
- Decision-making includes creating best practices for managing the logistics of initial employee training, including attendance tracking procedures, survey administration, and data storage/reporting.
- This role is critical to the success of training execution by providing support to front-line training in training logistics.
- Areas of expertise include knowledge of the LMS, onboarding procedures, and training material management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum one (1) year of current/recent experience working in an office setting
- Current/recent experience working with online video/training platforms and LMS preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) products
- Experience in training function preferred
