Vice President, Senior Remedy Analyst

Job Title: Vice President, Senior Remedy Analyst Location: CA - Westlake Village What you'll do: The Remedy and Recovery Team is responsible for the business-to-business billing and collections of accounts receivable invoices and defective loan repurchases related to the Correspondent Lending Delegated, Non-Delegated and Retail divisions of AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC. Interact with Correspondent Lending clients regarding loans with origination defects Provide repurchase invoices to the client, follow up for payment, and ensure responsible teams provide loan collateral and that the service transfer is completed Coordinate with investors, servicers, and internal teams regarding remittance of repurchase funds Create and notify clients regarding accounts receivable invoices Follow up for payment of overdue accounts receivable invoices Analyze loan level situations to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved for the company, client and borrower Create reports as assigned by management Input Remedy transaction activity into Salesforce Ensure Salesforce Remedy data is up to date and accurate Assist with creation and maintenance of department procedure documents What you'll need: 5 or more years of Mortgage banking experience 3-5 years of Collections, Accounting, or Finance experience preferred Mortgage loan origination or underwriting experience is a plus Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred Familiarity with Accounting is a plus End user experience with Salesforce is desired Sound analytical ability Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to balance collections with maintaining good business relationships Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with strong initiative High ethical conduct Multi‐tasking and organization skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excellent math skills Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $121,870.00 - $150,546.66 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
