Job Summary
As an AVP, Business Development, you'll play a key role in SCA's growth and long-term success by helping us to achieve our goals and build upon our legacy of achievement by proactively managing assigned accounts to achieve regional and company sales goals. In this role, you will support the VP team with campaigns and maintain relationships with assigned clients while supporting key distribution relationships.

- Independently compare and evaluate insurance products based on knowledge of the channel, the product, the client, and the carrier to create appropriate proposals and present different alternatives, including :
o Oversee client case design
o Prepare illustrations and presentations using carrier and product analysis to support and facilitate client sales
o Consult with VP team and financial advisors to determine if current policy meets client needs
