KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform in-depth analysis with the ability to examine facts and information given, ask the right questions, conduct research, and effectively communicate and document results.
- Provide recommendations for changes to current processes or the creation of new business initiatives.
- Prepare reporting presentations for upper management, providing them with holistic views and analysis of information such as executive summaries, reporting metrics, and business trending across all solution center business areas.
- Participate in projects that drive sales development opportunities. Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities to include quality enhancements
- Create and produce reports, graphs, and charts of dating utilizing Excel, CrumpCRM, PowerBi, and additional PC and/or software tools.
- Serve as a partner for leaders to gather approvals for sales development deliverables to ensure they meet legal, regulatory, and company branding requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
