This role provides flexibility for the right candidate in terms of hours and working onsite. Hours can range from 20 to 40 hours a week depending on the preference of the optimal candidate. We also permit working from home during times of need.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Support financial planning activities by gathering and analyzing data.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using financial software.
• Facilitate communication with clients to enhance customer relationship management and maintain CRM software.
• Assist in planning processes by gathering and preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives and client outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial services.
- Experience or knowledge in financial planning, investment management, and estate planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or sales is a plus.
