Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding the marketing function and building your own team.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, track expenditures, and ensure all marketing initiatives are cost-effective.

Content Creation: Lead the development of engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, videos, and webinars that resonate with our target audience and enhance the client experience.

Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, geo-fencing, geo-targeting, and paid advertising to optimize traffic and lead generation. Oversee the firm’s online presence and enhance visibility across platforms.

Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital and physical marketing channels, including the website, social media, and client-facing materials.

Event Management: Plan and manage impactful client events, webinars, and workshops, as well as client appreciation events that generate leads, improve retention, and position OsborneKlein as an industry thought leader.

Client Engagement: Create and execute client engagement campaigns that deepen relationships, enhance retention, and build long-term loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, provide insights, and recommend adjustments to improve performance and meet business objectives.

Collaborative Leadership: Work with financial advisors and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with firm goals and client service standards.


What You Bring:

- 3 years of relevant marketing experience is required; 2 years in financial services or a professional services environment is preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on both digital and traditional channels.

- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, geo-fencing, geo-targeting, and paid ads.

- Strong budget management skills, ensuring cost-effective marketing solutions.

- Excellent writing and communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling content.

- Experience planning and executing events that drive client engagement and lead generation.

- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing software, and design tools.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

- Knowledge of financial services and regulations (preferred but not required).
