Doyle & Associates, a Private Wealth Advisor Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our firm and ensure seamless workflow, compliance, and business management. We are a well-established private wealth advisory practice committed to delivering exceptional financial planning and investment management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Business Management:
- Oversee all operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement career paths and professional development plans for team members.
- Manage business needs, including lease agreements, contracts for equipment, and office supply management.
- Collaborate with advisors to track progress and ensure business goals are met.
- Manage processes and procedures using the firm's CRM system.
- Serve as the practice’s key operational leader in the absence of the principal advisor.
- Understand and train staff on the tools and systems necessary for the firm's success.
- Organize and manage weekly team meetings, ensuring advisors have the resources they need.
HR & Talent Management:
- Oversee hiring, recruiting, and onboarding of new employees.
- Lead training initiatives to develop staff capabilities.
- Address people-related challenges and foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
Client & Compliance Management:
- Communicate effectively with clients, compliance teams, and the home office.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client base over time to better support business operations.
- Ensure the practice maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management within a financial services or wealth management firm.
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, compliance, and CRM systems.
- Ability to take ownership of business operations and lead the team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, advisors, and corporate partners.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $130,000-$150,000 per year
