- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Responsible for greeting clients and making them feel comfortable
- Work with scanning documents and organizing on line filing systems
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in sales or financial services is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs in these areas.
