Job Description : We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and implement our social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and the ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research and analyze social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media strategies are competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

Compensation :
Annual compensation for this position generally ranges from $65,000-150,000.
