WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Complies with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of the slot machines.
- Responsible for the machine initial fills.
- Assists in jackpot payouts and the verification process.
- Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.
- Maintains player-tracking system.
- Maintains EZ Pay equipment.
- Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.
- Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g. slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.).
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license : https://sbg.colorado.gov/gaming-support-license

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Electronics or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum six (6) months of electronics experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have advanced computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
