Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Correctly perform machine key chip setup functions of slot equipment/device
- Troubleshoot using diagnostic table/equipment to board level of all slot devices
- Perform preventive maintenance of slot equipment/machines and system
- Assist in Customer/Gaming/Audit discrepancies as needed
- Basic understanding of electronics
- Thorough understanding of ICMP, Colorado Rules and Regulations and internal policies as pertaining to Slots, machine moves, conversions, progressives, installs and upgrades
- Assist Slot Floor staff when needed
- Assist CDOG with gaming disputes, thefts, and compliance issues
- Capable of performing machine variance investigations
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, gaming documents and troubleshooting manuals
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Prior slot technician experience
- Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
