About the Role
Ameristar Meats, LLC is seeking a seasoned Plant Executive to oversee the operations of our plant. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a manufacturing organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company
- Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the management team not currently in place
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a Leadership role in Sales, Manufacturing, or Production, preferably in a meat processing environment
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of FSQA, Strong P & L experience, Sales, and strong leadership skills
Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000 - $215,000
- Annual incentive plan bonus and LTI
