About the Position
The Plant Management Executive will be responsible for leading our Plant(s) in achieving and surpassing sales, profitability, cash flow, yield, specification metrics, business goals, and objectives. This individual will provide input to local teams and Region Vice President Stock Yards on strategies and policies impacting managed plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational plans that align with company strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with Area and Region leadership to drive growth in local markets and regional chain account opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence through productivity improvement, equipment utilization, and execution according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate financial reports and achieve AOP targets.
- Foster a high-performance management team through recruitment, mentoring, and coaching.
- Represent the company with customers, employees, the community, and business partners.
Requirements
- Broad experience in plant management and operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with various governing agencies and external stakeholders.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
