Ameristar Meats, LLC seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee and direct the overall operations of multiple plants. As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute operational strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Lead and manage a team of functional leads including warehouse, production, finance, admin, purchasing, and sales
- Directly supervise the day-to-day activities of plant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure the measurement and effectiveness of all processes, internal and external
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a leadership role in sales, manufacturing, or production, preferably in a meat processing environment
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of FSQA, P&L experience, sales, and leadership skills
