We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for performing all administrative duties in a professional and timely manner, including checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and responding to emails, scheduling all hotel events, maintaining the hotel's guest records and filing, and providing recommendations to all hotel guests. All employees who work at the front desk must be able to multi-task efficiently and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet guests, and check them in and out.
- Prepare room keys and perform other duties as requested by management.
- Work with the sales team to accommodate special requests from guests.
- Interact with customers to ensure they enjoy their stay.
- Work with other departments to complete work orders.
- The ability to operate a computer terminal.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
