Amerisure is currently recruiting for an Organizational Change Management and Communication Specialist that can do a 2-day hybrid approach onsite in our Farmington Hills office. The role will be heavily focused on the delivery side of organizational change. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skill set.

The Organizational Change Management and Communication Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing change management deliverables to ensure smooth transitions for employees and stakeholders. This role focuses on developing structured change plans, managing communications, and facilitating training efforts that drive adoption and minimize resistance. The specialist will work closely with project teams, leadership, and change agents to ensure effective coordination and timely execution of change management strategies.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties
- Develop and implement structured change management plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment across leadership, employees, and impacted teams.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify and address potential challenges in adoption and readiness.
- Organize and lead change agent networks to support adoption efforts before, during, and after implementation.
- Design and facilitate communication plans in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely, clear, and effective messaging about upcoming changes.
- Develop project-branded materials, FAQs, presentations, and newsletters in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
- Coordinate with executive sponsors and leadership to align messaging and reinforce key messages.
- Work with training teams to facilitate delivery of training materials that equip employees with the skills to navigate change.
- Develop reinforcement strategies to sustain change adoption post-implementation.
- Monitor change management KPIs, such as adoption rates, engagement levels, and feedback to measure success.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on change initiatives to leadership and project teams.
- Adjust strategies based on feedback and lessons learned to enhance future change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 3 years’ experience with organization change management, leading large-scale transformations across various audiences, technologies, and processes.
- Proficient and knowledgeable of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Model).
- Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting.
- Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.
- Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
- Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Insurance industry expertise is preferred.
