Due to a promotion, we are recruiting for a Premium Audit Manager to join our team. This role can sit hybrid near one of our office locations or be remote from most locations in the U.S.

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams in designated regions to establish agency relationships and implement operational plans. Take charge of premium audit operations in assigned regions, ensuring the achievement of operational and departmental performance goals. As a Premium Audit leadership team member, ensure that the work meets business needs in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness. Additionally, identify opportunities and engage in projects aimed at improving operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Actively engage in talent development with direct reports and others within the organization
- Advance and support the Partners for Success strategy by enhancing the relationship between our agencies, their clients, and Amerisure.
- Identify, develop and deliver timely, accurate and consultative premium audit services and solutions that meet or exceed the service expectations of our agencies and their clients.
- Collaborate with designated regional & corporate leadership teams to develop plans and address issues to support department initiatives and alignment with strategic objectives of the organization and the business plans of the region.
- Identify, develop & execute incremental operational improvement opportunities via an agile leadership mentality.
- Independently resolves complex audit matters via collaboration and technical knowledge.
- Works on designated projects including but not limited to expertise & specialization development, analytics, and cross functional company initiatives.
- Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring high-potential candidates to fill staffing vacancies.
- Engage with vendors to support our service delivery strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Associate in Premium Auditing (APA) designation and working towards advanced designations.
- 5 years of premium auditor or management experience in another insurance field.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department and across the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen of P&C services offered via Claims, Premium Audit & Risk Management
- Ability to adapt and align departmental objectives to company strategy.
- Ability to articulate company strategy and vision to staff connecting to departmental objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively lead cross functional project teams and workgroups
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 30%.
