a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished “Medical Call Center / Help Desk Support”

Position : Medical Call Center / Help Desk Support

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Duration : 6 months temp-to-hire

Pay Rate : $22 / hr

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The candidate will handle inbound calls from Client customers utilizing client systems, processes, and procedures. Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting departmental and individual performance goals.

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience with proven customer satisfaction results as well as the ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues with quality in mind. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, has excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment preferred
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• General networking knowledge (routers, switches, VPN, connectivity)
• Experience with Windows 7 / XP
• Application troubleshooting background
• Organized and detail oriented
• Initiative

• Excellent attendance record
• Strong schedule adherence
• Multitasking abilities
• High levels of engagement
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Pharmacy Tech exp preferred
• Bilingual differential for fluent Spanish speaking individuals

Key Responsibilities :

• Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests
• General Pharmacy system troubleshooting
• Assistance with adjudication issues
• Intermediate PC, Windows, Network and Hardware troubleshooting
• Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accuracy and well documented call notes
• Communicate effectively with Internal and External customers
