- Provide administrative support to CEO, and other team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with client communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and update client records in accordance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
- Organize and maintain office supplies, and assist with office maintenance
- Manage office filing system (both digital and physical)
- Manage office technology platforms
- Event planning and coordination for agency
- Perform other duties as assigned
