Our perfect candidate will be unbelievably outgoing, loves to recruit, hire and train their own team and have the ability to take the existing team and make them even better!! Daily duties will include finding and booking home and trade shows and local community events to represent our unparalleled line of home improvement products. Must have experience in recruiting, training and customer facing employee management.Since the majority of these events happen on the weekend, you must have heavy weekend availability as you rtime off would occur during the week.Reliable transportation is a must as you will be traveling to attend and manage your team and events.
