We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. While experience in the veterinary industry is not required, a background in eCommerce, health-tech, or start-ups is highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visuals for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.
- Create engaging, on-brand content to promote our veterinary clinics and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with pet owners and clinic teams.
- Develop templates and graphics to streamline internal and external communications.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including growth, client experience, recruiting, business development, product, learning & development, and operations, to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Stay current on design trends and technologies to continuously elevate our creative output.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional design experience, ideally in eCommerce, health-tech, or start-up environments. Bonus points for having agency experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital, print, and branding projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- A passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to adapt designs to diverse audiences.
- Experience with illustrations (designer-illustrator) or motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
