Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Graphic Designer. Responsibilities:

• Support the in-house creative team by producing and overseeing digital and print creative solutions that meet marketing needs
• The Graphic Designer will translate strategies and stories into engaging, visually compelling experiences
• Design and execute creative projects from concept to delivery
• Create original assets (illustrations, infographics, videos)
• Enhance images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
• Generate creative ideas to visually portray concepts
• Optimize digital platforms for user experience
• Ensure consistency with corporate branding
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, meeting deadlines
• Maintain web and intranet pages, ensuring functionality
• Provide backup support for web updates and routine functions
• Setup and operate audiovisual equipment for meetings
• The Graphic Designer will plan and execute campaign automation efforts
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve production issues
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related discipline (or comparable work experience)
• 5 years of experience in developing creative content for corporate media
• Portfolio showcasing design projects across various media
• Experience with print collateral, web design, video production
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to apply design concepts across digital and print media
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and web platforms
• Familiarity with campaign automation tools
• Technical proficiency with video production and AV equipment
• Strong aesthetic sense for combining colors, fonts, and layouts
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
