Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and organized according to company standards.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance appearance.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
