Key Responsibilities:
As a UH-60 Blackhawk Avionics Technician, you will:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on avionics systems, including communication, navigation, and flight control systems.
- Conduct phase maintenance inspections to ensure avionics systems are fully operational and meet performance standards.
- Install, test, and calibrate avionics equipment and electrical components.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform software updates and load operational flight programs as needed.
- Conduct unscheduled maintenance and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards.
- Accurately document all maintenance actions in logs and reports in accordance with FAA, Army, or company requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Avionics Technician working on military helicopters.
- Strong understanding of avionics systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Proficient in using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards and best practices.
- A&P license or FCC certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
