Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and co-brand cards. Within Small Business Marketing, the Small Business Prospect Marketing Team creates best-in-class, integrated prospect experiences to acquire new Cardmembers and accelerate US SME growth.
The Senior Analyst of Paid Search will help manage the channel management & growth of our Paid Search ecosystem across GCS Prospect Marketing and will project manage high priority projects associated with growth of the channel.

- Support the development of Paid Search channel strategies and performance.
- Serve as a PMO for the channel, and project manage a variety of high priority projects.
- Provide and maintain regular reporting on campaign status, channel and strategic project performance
- Manage relationships with both internal and external partners, including legal and compliance, analytics, external agencies, and Search platform partners.
- Leverage internal and agency reporting to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Lead with an external perspective by both keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies, as well as maintaining relationships with digital marketing teams across Amex, finding opportunities for collaboration.
