7. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance design capabilities and quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
2. 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a design firm setting.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
4. Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into tangible designs.
5. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices in the US.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Architectural licensure or pursuing licensure is a plus.
