What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rest Area Attendant position at AMG Facilities Maintenance?
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and handrails.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations..
