AMGSpecialty Hospital - Muncie Campus is seeking a Full Time AssistantChief Clinical Officer (ACCO), Registered Nurse, RN who is a member of the Administrative Team of ourfacilities and as such participates in decision-making, policy determination,and planning and operations of the hospital. She / he supports theresponsibility for the management of all nursing education practices, quality,risk management, and performance improvement. The ACCO must have knowledge ofcurrent theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies forexamining and applying relevant concepts and current leadership, management,and performance improvement concepts and the supports participation indeveloping and implementing strategies to address opportunities for improvingnursing care.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilitywith a minimum of two-four years' experience in nursing administration.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, bothverbally and in writing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
