Job Description:
Artesian Management Group is a real estate development firm that focuses on developing and managing Class-A Self Storage facilities throughout the southeast. We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Sales Associate that will assist in managing a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled, self-storage facility in the Athens/Oconee area.
The most important requirement for this position is to provide exceptional customer service. Other duties include leasing storage units, collecting payments, selling retail items, managing past due tenants and handling other clerical and administrative tasks.
The part-time Front Desk Sales Associate will work approximately 15 - 30 hours every week.
Potential Shift Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 - 1:00; Monday 1:00 - 5:00
Tuesday: 9:00 - 1:00; Tuesday 1:00 - 5:00
Wednesday: 9:00 - 1:00; Wednesday 1:00 - 5:00
Thursday: 9:00 - 1:00; Thursday 1:00 - 5:00
Friday: 9:00 - 1:00; Friday 1:00 - 5:00
Saturday (Occasional): 10:00 – 2:00
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Customer Service experience as well as office and computer experience. Sales and retail experience are also a plus. The candidate must be professional, organized and possess the ability to communicate well with customers on the phone and in person. Patience, a friendly disposition and a good attitude are mandatory. We are looking for an energetic person who can multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities, is punctual, has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility. Candidate must be able to submit a Driver’s License as well as a criminal history report.
Commitment:
6 months or longer.
