Senior Accounting Associate - Intercompany Accounting
What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will play a crucial role in supporting intercompany billing, transfer pricing, and inventory movement activities. Your efforts will directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end intercompany close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare detailed journal entries to reflect intercompany transactions accurately.
- Handle intercompany billing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and billed appropriately.
- Provide support for local statutory audits, including preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Submit intercompany eliminations to ensure proper consolidation of financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit controls.
- Analyze intercompany accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Basic Qualifications :
Masters degree
Bachelors degree and 2 years of accounting experience
Associates degree and 6 years of accounting experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of accounting experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
