As an IT Business Analyst Intern you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions within a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Intern will learn how to bridge the gap between business needs and IT systems, gaining exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, and real estate software.

Internship Learning Objectives/Task Goals:
- Exposure to various IT and business analysis functions.
- Learn how to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.
- Gain hands-on experience applying data science to real-world marketing challenges.
- Must have a technical background; or, a minimum of 2 years of college or university coursework with a major or concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, and/or field. Certifications a plus.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills. Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate or management systems (e.g., Yardi, Workday, JIRA) is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
- Ability to be an effective member of project teams.
- Follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
- Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
- Handles various other ad hoc projects and duties as delegated by direct supervisor/management.
