This is a full time position.
Duties
Assists the Lead Medical Records Specialist in ensuring the data integrity of Wilder client health records and compliance with all regulatory aspects of healthcare data exchange. This includes all sources of client data in the client health record for applicable Wilder programs. Provides implementation and technical support to service areas using Wilder’s electronic health record. Maintains the quality of all data handling processes, including appropriate data access, security and compliance with data privacy practices. Adheres to all policies and procedures that govern data entry, storage, handling, dissemination and destruction of client medical records.

Job Qualifications
High School diploma or GED AND 3 years’ experience in a medical office setting.
High School diploma or GED AND specialized training in Medical Records or Medical Office Technology.
Electronic medical records experience preferred.
