Work with Wilder's Program Development team to advance institutional fundraising strategies and goals. Support writing, coordination, and administration of contracts and grants within and across programs. Work closely with Senior Program Developers and program directors to pursue public and private funding. Manage contract and grant requirements and conduct prospecting and grant writing for new contract and grant opportunities. Develop new programs and adapt existing programs to meet new and changing needs in the community and among families served by Wilder. Ensure that systems are in place to meet internal and external funder and reporting requirements. Track contract and grant reporting deadlines, assist with report writing, and facilitate submission of reports. Coordinate annual contract review and renewal process. Complete required data entry in Agiloft contract management system, and support institutional gift processing and record management in Raiser's Edge. Assist with system reporting and other data requests as required. Stay current with external environment and trends in foundation giving, public policy and funding, community needs and private industry. Assist with the review and redesign of contract and grant management processes, and support training and roll out of new procedures. Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and represent our program teams in meetings or committees. Provide back up support to other program development staff or functions as required.

Collaborate closely with other service partners in supporting coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families. Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years relevant experience in grant writing, stakeholder engagement, program development, or fundraising required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Human Services, English, or related field preferred. Applicants should possess strong research, writing, communication, and group facilitation skills. Knowledge of Foundation funding required, with understanding and knowledge of federal, state, and local funding systems preferred. Must have demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with Agiloft or Raiser's Edge preferred. Working knowledge of financial data, budgeting, and contract language required. Must have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with ability to work across multiple service lines, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Lived and / or professional experience with health care systems and funding, mental health, and / or aging or caregiving services a plus.

Applicants must have an understanding of the Twin Cities and, ideally, the East Metro community. While Wilder is a hybrid work environment with the ability to work remotely most days, applicants must reside within the Twin Cities metro area as regular, in-person meetings will take place in Saint Paul.
