The Property Syndication Specialist is responsible for working with the team to achieve the goal of ensuring our syndications goal is 95% and higher for our centralized marketed properties. The Property Syndication Specialist will be responsible for working directly with the different MSR teams to identify and resolve obstacles in a proactive & reactive manner in order to obtain a 95% syndication goal.
- Ensure all properties are updated accordingly for syndication purposes including certification and after the home has been leased and move-in processes.
- Prepare homes that are ready to be marketed and syndicated ensuring that all marketing requirements are met including and not limited to marketing descriptions, amenities, photos, etc.
- Input all listing information on all homes that ready for marketing on all syndication sites, including the MSR Website, Salesforce, Rently , MLS, Zillow, etc. and update as needed
- Collaborate and coordinate with leasing, construction and other teams to ensure that all necessary requirements to complete the property marketing process are
- Review and maintain accurate content, photography and syndication on all properties in marketing
- Troubleshoot and assist any syndication and property marketing issues ensuring that the property listings are within MSR standards
- Manage the property marketing and syndication support queue and coordinate with the appropriate teams to assist, troubleshoot and resolve any and all property marketing related issues
- Providing support for all leasing and other MSR teams on Property Management systems (Yardi, Property manager, Salesforce, MLS) relating to listings and syndications.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry, particularly involving property marketing and syndication

What you’ll need to have
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of prior effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- 1-2 years prior leasing administrative experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Highly motivated “self-starter” able to learn and grow fast under aggressive project schedules
- Identifying inadequacies and requesting corrective action.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Establish processes to ensure that quality assurance provisions are planned, developed and implemented for prompt and positive action to assure compliance with quality standards.
- Knowledge of property management and syndication systems preferred, Yardi Voyager Core or Salesforce, MLS.
