JOB SUMMARY:
As is an on-site position with this individual being responsible for daily maintenance, function, and operations of our office in Boise, Idaho. In your primary role, you will be the “face of the company;” the first thing people see when they arrive and the last thing they see before they depart. Your ability and efforts to create a wonderful first and last impression is paramount to success in this position.
Success in this position will require high degrees of flexibility and customer support. This is a live, often face-to-face, customer support position and any successful candidate must thrive in that environment. In addition, success will require rapid adoption of both Amherst Madison tools and technology as well as the ability to provide general assistance in troubleshooting technology problems (Apple systems, Microsoft systems, Android systems, etc.).
This is a full time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Illustrative only and may vary by assignment)
· You are not just a reliable and professional presence in the reception area; you are also the welcoming face of the company. You will greet and seat guests and provide any requested refreshments.
· Daily maintenance of the entire office including but not limited to (clean, organize, stock, etc.) the reception area, café, training rooms, conference rooms, restrooms, and all open office, printer stations, patio and storage shed areas.
· Manage office systems including but not limited to conference room reservations, training room
reservations, and phone systems
· Provide direct support to our agents in the course of their daily work, this is often related to technical problems they are having with our office systems or tools or guiding them to the proper team member.
· Manage the general email box and voicemails and forward or answer appropriately.
· Provide proactive support for all Staff members and assist in events, projects and trainings.
· Potential to cross train for other roles (Transaction Management and Coordination responsibilities)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Proficient knowledge of computer/technology systems, as well as office equipment, including Dropbox, G Suite, Microsoft Office, printer/scanner, display monitors & associated equipment, wireless network, office phone system (management of incoming calls & call routing).
· Basic IT Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot common office technology issues, such as printer problems, connectivity issues, etc.
· Teleconferencing Tools: Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype for remote collaboration.
· Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday, Google Drive or other collaboration and project management platforms to streamline communication and task management.
· Document Management Systems: Understanding how to manage and organize digital documents using systems like Google Drive or other document management tools.
· A professional, customer service attitude and appearance

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
