About the Role
The Quality Assurance Manager will provide oversight to the Quality Inspector(s) on the inspection of completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements. This includes monitoring overall construction performance regarding technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the QA/QC inspection process and documentation requirements specifically as they relate to regulatory compliance for residential properties.
- Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards.
- Utilize automated systems as well as output samples for appropriate testing.
- Direct the work of the Quality Inspector(s) on the team to ensure adequate and timely inspections.
