Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients, as needed.
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized and hygienic.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain a well-organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
