House Cleaner in Atlantic City

We are a renowned cleaning service company dedicated to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards in residential and commercial spaces. We are excited to announce that we are expanding to new cities. Originating from Fort Myers, we also serve clients in Miami. We're looking for individuals who can adapt to the needs as we build a client base in the city.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional house cleaning.
• Detail-oriented with expertise in various cleaning techniques.
• Experience in deep cleanings, routine cleanings, vacation rental cleanings, and post-construction cleanups (desirable).
• Own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Own cleaning tools and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work weekends is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Providing thorough cleaning services to clients' homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning as needed.
• Clean 1, 2, or 3 houses per day, depending on the length and complexity of the tasks.
• Organizing and decluttering spaces as requested by clients.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Following a cleaning checklist to ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to satisfaction.
• Keeping accurate records of cleaning tasks completed, including taking before and after pictures.
• Following all safety and health protocols.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude towards clients.
• Reporting any damages or issues to the manager promptly.

Compensation:

• Starting compensation range: $20 per hour.
• Additional $10 stipend per home cleaned as a gas bonus.
• All tips provided by the clients are 100% for the cleaner.

Note:
This is an Independent Contractor position, and the contractor will be responsible for all taxes and other deductions required by law. Contractors are not eligible for any benefits or privileges provided to the Company's employees.
